Situations (that occur throughout my day)

I figured I would make a blog about my classes and the people in them as a way of getting to know about me a bit more.

First hour, I am a TA (Teacher's assistant) for Mrs. Sarah Powley, an English teacher. That's her prep hour, so there's no class, which disappointed me when I found out because I am always on the lookout for eye candy, but I got the next best thing, a friend. Courtnee is a TA with me and I'll tell you what, she's pretty awesome. every Monday, we name my phone. In the past it has been named Guavo and Moo. We have so much fun running around the school taping up posters and opening the blinds and pushing chocolate as if it were a drug, for some people, like us, it is a drug.
Mrs. Powley herself is an interesting character. I would definitely adopt her as a grandma. She's so crazy and silly during her prep hour. If you saw her any other time, you probably wouldn't believe me.

I have IPR (Interpersonal Relationships) second hour. I don't have any friends in this class, but it can still get interesting when we have certain discussions. I truly adore the feminist conversations that insult the guys in the room, a debate results from it and I love my debates.

Third hour is Speech with Mrs. (Ms.) Whitcombe. I would adopt her to be my aunt because she's so silly and crazy as well. Once a semester, she throws on a bunny outfit and calls herself Witty Whitcombe. Don't worry, there are pictures. She's also my speech team coach. The enthusiasm she has for speech inspires me.
Jordan, a fellow speechie, is also in that class with me. Together, we laugh as all of the speech team jokes Whitcombe throws around that the rest of the class don't understand. I worried about having her as a teacher for Speech, because I knew she would expect me to do better, but besides the jokes, I feel I am more of a student than a speechie. Anywho, back to Jordan, Jordan's cool too. And he doesn't annoy me. His racist and sexist jokes, ironically, can make my day. I sometimes can't believe that Jordan is the same kid from elementary school, the kid I strongly disliked. Thanks to Facebook, we all call him Jordy-Poo now.
Junior, which is not his real name, is much like me. He's passionate about many things, reads, and can be talkative all in the same. I barely know this kid, but I hope I'll get to throughout this speeding semester.

Up next is fourth and fifth hour. These are shortened class periods due to the lunch hours, which is why we have two of them. This subject, Algebra II, I hate, I despise, I find many parts useless. The classmates and teacher, however, I love to death.
Mireya used to be my best friend from first grade, up to fifth grade and a little bit of sixth. After that though, we barely saw each other and moved on. I'm very glad to have her in a class of mine and I'm also very glad that we're becoming closer, because I really missed her.
The rest of the class, well, we all have a part to play. We're a big family, or at least that's how I see it. First semester of this year, my family was tenth hour IED, unfortunately, as you'll read later, we're not a family any longer, which is why I'm pleased to be in such a brilliant math class. We almost always get off subject and manage to distract Mrs. Charlesworth. We talk about anything and everything. This class has no limits. We'll talk about anything under the sun; snow, music, who's dating who, and even the hyper ADD (ADHD) kid in the back of the room, but don't worry, it's not in a mean way. And for the first time in a long time, I understand math. It's brilliant!

Next is Earth and Space Science AKA sixth and eighth hour. Between it we have lunch, and I'll get to that later. I have Miss Plasack, Vlasick, whatever it is, I don't like her. Everyone seems to think she's hot, but she annoys me. She wears way too much lip gloss and her nasal voice irks me. Irregardless, I feel bad for her. My class is a teacher's nightmare. They talk, break things, yell, run around, ETC. They're pretty much all stoners, boozers, and preps.
Lunch, seventh hour lunch, where do I begin? Many people sit at our table, but our side trumps the other side, which is made up of Kris, Jordan, Ian, Brandie (The newbie), Cody, Tim, Mickaela, and I'm forgetting someone...Oh well. This half is the perverted, few limits, half. We joke about sexual acts all of the time! If not that, then we're usually talking about one of three things: Cody's douchiness, making fun of someone, or arguing. Again, we all have a role. Tim is the loud one. Jordan's the trash guy. I am the whore. (LONG story!) Mickaela is the quiet one. Cody is, as said before, the one everyone wants to beat up. Ian is the boss. He takes charge and bosses all of us around, and we usually listen to him. Who knows why though. Kris, well, Kris is the perverted uncle that makes us wish we don't know him, but we do so why not enjoy it? Brandie, she's the newbie. We'll find her actual spot later, once she gets used to us.The way I describe it, lunch sounds like fun, but it isn't, not for me anyways. I am always getting teased for being short, female, dazed, and for other nonexistent reasons. I walk out upset a lot, or at least I used to. Now Ian and I walk to the music hallways afterwards and wait for the band kids so we can make fun of them.

Then it's back to ESS for another half an hour.
Ninth hour is another friendless class, English with Mrs. Spray. I at least have acquaintances. For example, Daniel. Daniel sits beside me. Daniel is an interesting dude. He is always cracking simple jokes and staring at me, with the sole purpose of making me feel awkward.

Tenth hour, the final class of the day, is IED AKA Introduction to Engineering and Design. I used to love this class. I sat next to an adorable little Freshman. Not anymore though. What used to be a family, (As mentioned earlier), is now broken up into different class periods. We no longer know all of each other's names and we no longer have had all of the same IED experiences, the humorous ones at least. There's no one I talk to in my new IED class. Which can be a good thing, because now I'm actually trying.
In IED, we use an awesome program called Autodesk Inventor. I just got done making a clock and right now, as I am typing this, it is being printed into an actual plastic object. I'm so excited. My clock will be amazing. Even my teachers, Mr. Jacobs and Mr. (Gaga) Hruskocy say so.

So there you have it! Minus the passing periods, after school, and before school segments, that's my school day.
